Spotlio means Spotlio Inc., Spotlio AG, Spotlio EMEA S.L., or the applicable Spotlio affiliate providing the Commerce Platform.

 3. Relationship of the Parties

Caberfae Peaks is the seller of all Products and Services offered through the Commerce Services.

Spotlio provides the technology platform that enables online commerce but is not the seller of Products unless expressly stated otherwise.

Questions regarding:

• products
• reservations
• refunds
• cancellations
• availability
• operational policies
• customer service
• must be directed by Caberfae Peaks.

4. Eligibility

You represent that you:

• are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• are at least the age required by applicable law, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian;
• will provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• will maintain the accuracy of your account information.

5. Guest Accounts

Certain Commerce Services require an Account.

• upload malicious software;
